Regulated roles
Many of the roles Verity works on are Senior Management Functions under the SM&CR, and Board and NED appointments answer to the PRA and FCA. Regulatory approval and the time it takes are part of the brief from day one, not a surprise at offer stage.
Confidentiality
Searches are run discreetly. Clients and candidates are not named on this site, and the track record is described by sector and role rather than by placement. Where a reference from a past client would help, Ian will find out who is willing to speak.
Data handling
Personal data is handled under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. How enquiries and candidate information are stored, for how long, and the rights that go with that are set out in the privacy policy.
